Physical training is exercise. And in JROTC, we will push you to achieve a healthy lifestyle. We do many types of physical training, from the basic running and pushups, to the enjoyable football, soccer, and basketball. And we have Cadet Challenge, which pushes our cadets to be the best they can be when it comes to exercise. CC happens twice a semester. Physical training, or PT for short, is held every Friday.
